Payment & Delivery Policies
Payment Options - We accept all major credit cards. VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover, cash, cashier’s check, money orders and Paypal payments.
Credit Terms - Any credit account must be approved by the owner and billing coordinator. Invoicing corporations and businesses may be granted, however will be subject for approval. Customer’s payment history must be reviewed before any credit terms are granted. In order to be eligible for a credit account, the customer must have at least four months of transaction history with Let’sGoUp!
Refund Policy- Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the owner. All events must be paid within 14 days of the event. We must be notified of any problems before we leave the premises of the event. We will not grant any refunds unless we are notified of the issue prior to the event. Any balloons that deflate before an event will be replaced free of charge. Any deflated balloons that occur in inclement weather will not be replaced, unless we are notified upon leaving the premises. Any refunds will be issued by the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
Deposit – Customers are asked to make a date reservation by phone or in person. There may be a $30.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date. If you decide to change the date, we will need to be notified so that we can accommodate your revised date change. Your deposit will then be applied to the new date change If you cancel your event, your deposit is not refundable.
Save The Date Reservations - You will be contacted in advance of the event to finalize all requests. In the event there are several reservations or events scheduled on a given date, we will plan accordingly with you and make any necessary changes if necessary. Multiple projects on any given day are completed on a first-come-first serve basis, depending on the time and date in which a project is booked.
Delivery & Mileage – All balloons delivered locally or in the surrounding areas will be subject to our standard delivery fee, depending on the zip code. Any projects outside a 50 mile radius will incur an additional $0.59 cents per mile delivery fee. (This does not include any setup fees). Order minimum for delivery outside the local area is $150.00. This amount does not include tax, setup fees or delivery costs.
Setup Fees – All on-site projects will incur a setup fee, however the price may vary. Generally, projects set up on site will incur a $25.00 - $50.00 setup fee, depending on the labor, handling, transporting and size of the project. This fee does not include delivery fee or taxes.
Taxes – Applicable state tax fees will be added for all projects and/or services provided unless otherwise noted.
Referrals – Customers may be entitled to receive a referral discount of $20 off the total project price. This discount only applies to projects $200 or more and cannot be combined or used with any other offer. Customers must state referral’s full name and phone number in order to take advantage of the discount.
Color Changes – Balloons come in a variety of colors. We have access to hundreds of colors in various shades and hues. If we cannot locate the exact color at the customer’s request, we will choose the closest matched color with the customer’s approval. Some colors may be subject to “double stuffing” at additional costs for each balloon. Double stuffed balloons can be customized to create any color if necessary. All colors must be finalized before starting on any project. Customers are responsible for choosing the colors during the initial meeting. Any color changes made after the final meeting before any event may be subject to a restocking fee.
Balloon Quality – To ensure top quality, all of our creations are made with Qualatex brand balloons only. Balloons of this brand are made with long-lasting elasticity which makes them less likely to burst compared to other brands. However, like all latex or foil, harsh weather or extreme humidity, room temperatures and other factors help play a vital role in the life of balloons. In which case, some factors are out of our control.
Air Filled Vs. Helium Filled – Depending on the project, balloons may be air-filled or helium filled or a combination of both. Helium filled balloons can float 6 to 18 hours once inflated. In harsh weather conditions, it is in your best interest to keep balloons out of rain, strong winds or extreme heat. Balloons traveling inside a vehicle should be kept cool and should not be left inside the vehicle for longer than 30 minutes. Any balloons placed in a plastic bag should be removed after 30 minutes to maintain maximum floating time.
Photo Ops – Once a project is complete, we may ask to photograph the project for website and/or design book purposes. Any questions or concerns regarding this request, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Damage Control – Before any event starts, any deflated balloons and/or mishaps that may occur before we exit the premise will be replaced. Furthermore, we will check the room for any potential hazards or problems that may occur. However, any foul play with the balloons once we leave the project will be your responsibility.
Equipment Return – Any equipment used at an event must be returned to us, unless stated otherwise since some items may be included in project costs. However, items such as heavy balloon weights, arch bases or column poles, etc are to be returned on the following business day. Fees will apply for any missing or damaged equipment.
Holidays – Any event scheduled on a holiday must be advised with a four week advanced notice.
